This plan requires a 1-year agreement and covers one single HVAC system; additional systems at the same address location can be added for an additional charge at a discounted rate.
Maintenance Service does not include consumable items such as filters or other parts; however they do qualify for the discount. Early termination fees apply — if the agreement is canceled before the term ends, any services/consumable items already rendered will be billed at the current standard rates at the time of cancelation.
