Airflow & Duct Diagnostics

Rooms that never get warm or cool usually point to airflow, not equipment. We measure static pressure and duct leakage with Minneapolis DuctBlaster equipment instead of guessing.

HVAC Service FAQs

Do you work on equipment you didn’t install?

Yes. We repair and maintain most major brands of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and boilers, no matter who installed them.

Do you offer emergency HVAC service?

Yes, 24/7. If your heat or air goes out, call (847) 224-2420 any time. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and we’ll tell you about any after-hours pricing before we dispatch.

Are replacement quotes free?

Yes. We come out, look at your home and ductwork, size the system and give you a clear price. Request a free quote.

Do you pull permits?

Yes. Where a town requests and requires a permit*, we file it under our own license or registration. We’re licensed or registered in Elgin, Aurora, Bartlett, Huntley and Streamwood.

What brands do you install?

We install Amana brand heating and cooling equipment and Daikin Ductless equipment and AprilAire indoor air quality products. See the brands we carry.

How often should my system be serviced?

Once a year each: your heat pump or air conditioner in the spring and your furnace or air handler in the fall. Our Semi-Annual Maintenance Plan covers both visits for $240 a year.

Need Heating or Cooling Help?

From an emergency repair to a full system replacement, tell us what’s going on and we’ll get you scheduled.

*Pulling a permit is the homeowner’s responsibility. Ask us to, and we’ll file it under our own license wherever the local jurisdiction requires one for the work.
