How long does a central air conditioner last?
A central air conditioner typically lasts 12 to 17 years, depending on how well it’s maintained and how hard it works.
Why is my AC freezing up?
Ice usually points to restricted airflow, like a clogged filter or dirty coil, or to a refrigerant problem. Turn the system off to let it thaw and call us so we can find the cause.
What is R-32 refrigerant?
Newer Amana and Daikin systems use R-32, a lower global warming potential refrigerant than the R-410A in most systems installed before 2025.
How long does an AC replacement take?
