Residential Maintenance Plan
Furnace & AC Maintenance Plan for Elgin & the Fox Valley
Two tune-ups a year, a free service call, priority scheduling and 5% off, for $240 a year. Our Semi-Annual Maintenance Plan keeps your furnace and air conditioner clean, efficient and ready before each Illinois season hits.
- Spring & fall tune-ups
- Up to $390 in services
- No auto-renewal
- NATE-certified technicians
Why Regular Maintenance Pays Off
Most no-heat and no-cool calls we run could have been caught earlier: a clogged coil, a worn part, a dirty flame sensor. A tune-up before each season finds those problems while they’re small, on your schedule instead of on the coldest night in January.
Fewer Breakdowns
Catch worn and failing parts before they leave you without heat or air.
Lower Energy Bills
A clean, properly running system doesn’t have to work as hard to keep you comfortable.
Longer Equipment Life
Regular care helps your furnace and AC reach, and often outlast, their expected lifespan.
Peace of Mind
A fall inspection means someone has looked over your heating system before you rely on it all winter.

Maintenance Plan FAQs
How often should my furnace and air conditioner be serviced?
Once a year for each: your heat pump or air conditioner in the spring before cooling season, and your furnace or air handler in the fall before heating season. That’s exactly what this plan schedules for you.
Is a maintenance plan worth it?
If you’d normally schedule a spring and fall tune-up anyway, the plan costs less than paying for those visits separately, and you also get a free service call and 5% off any repairs. Pay in full and your year of maintenance is $240 for up to $390 in services.
Does the plan automatically renew?
No. The plan runs for 12 months and then ends.
Are filters and repair parts included?
No. Filters, parts and other consumables are not included in the plan price, but they qualify for your 5% member discount.
I have two furnaces and two air conditioners. Can I cover both?
Yes. Each plan covers one system, and additional systems at the same address can be added at a discounted rate. Call (847) 224-2420 for a price.
Do you maintain heat pumps?
Yes. Your spring visit covers a heat pump or central air conditioner, and your fall visit covers a furnace or air handler. As a ComEd Heat Pump-Trained Contractor, our team works on heat pumps every day.
What if I cancel early?
You can cancel, but the plan is a 12-month agreement. Any services and consumable items you’ve already received will be billed at our standard rates at the time of cancellation.
Do you service equipment you didn’t install?
Yes. We maintain most major furnace, air conditioner and heat pump brands, whether or not we installed them.
How do I sign up?
